Our pancake mix is made from rare “NARA PREFECTURE WHEAT” known for its small yields. One pack allows for four pancakes, 12 cm in diameter all with a FLUFFINESS that is present in no other.

Recipe
Ingredients:1 pack Pancake Mix(200g), 1 egg(50g), milk 150ml
1.Put the egg, milk and mix into a bowl and mix using a whisk.
2. Heat up frying pan and rub a thin layer of oil on the pan and cool slightly with a wet cloth.
Pour a ¼ of the batter in a circular shape onto the pan, let it cook and low to medium heat for approx. 2 min
3.When small bubbles on the surface of the batter are visible and
the edges dry up, flip it over and cook for another 2 minutes.

Flour, granulated sugar, powder syrup, powdered fat and oil
(including milk ingredients and soy beans), wheat starch, glucose, salt
Additives:Leavening agent, modified starch, flavouring, thickener(Guar Gum), coloring agent(Vitamin B2)
