The main ingredients are 100% domestically produced, including flour, red beans, eggs, and sugar. In addition, as a product of Tokyo, we are as particular as possible about Tokyo products, and we use Tokyo ingredients to make authentic doll ware. It is the only doll ware certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Chicken eggs from Tokyo, Yanagikubo wheat from Maboroshi in Higashi-Kurume City, Tokyo, sea salt off the coast of Izu Oshima, camellia oil from Toshima Village, raw materials from Tokyo, and red beans and sugar from Hokkaido are used and baked with all our hearts by the combination and manufacture of the Tachibana Dim Sum Secret Method. Our camellia oil has not detected trans acid. We are also particular about safety and security. The bean paste is elegant and moderately sweet, which is unique to Tachibana. You can enjoy kabuki, family crests, crane turtles, etc., in three types of assortments: grain bean paste, koshi bean paste, and white bean paste.
